Location was just right for the purpose of being close to BGC Room was ok with the city view as requested Having a microwave in the room was a bonus Overall, we had a great experience

I didn't like that you have to request housekeeping whenever There was this time, before we left, we requested and yet they did not do it at all. Housekeeping has to be with complete supplies like bathroom tissue, coffee, bottled water, facial tissue, bath, hand, floor towels etc etc etc You have to make a list every single time you ask for housekeeping. It's kinda annoying

The location was great, being in walking distance to SM Aura, Market Market and High Street.

The lifts were extremely slow and frustrating, with mostly only 3 out of 4 working. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, not having a variety of food and beverages and having to cook your own waffles.

Location and breakfast buffet was ample. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was ideal and easy ride or walk to many interesting places to visit.

Check in staff was rigid. Didn’t look at me once. Works like a robot. She’s efficient though. Checked in without any issues. Other staff members during my stay were friendly. Worst part of the experience was the 4 elevators. We waited almost an hour to get in one of the 4 elevators. My son ended up taking the stairs 17 floors down. It was check out time at 12pm and everyone seemed to checked out ( obviously) at the same time. I was able to get on ONLY after I decided to go UP when I saw there’s space for me. I rode all the way to the 30th floor, then rode down with the same strange group of guests and it stopped at almost EVERY FREAKING FLOOR. The lesson here is, check out of your room 2-3 hours earlier and avoid the crowd or just wait in your room for the rush hour to pass than waiting in the hall way.

The shower area is not properly designed as the water gets inside the bathroom when you are taking a bath which is dangerous to people as they may slip due to wet floor.. also the long line during check in and check out. And elevator queues, super tagal to go up and down.
