Property was new and clean. Nice staff

We initially liked it as it was new but things aren’t completely set up yet. No phone to call the lobby reception. No water/coffee bar in the room at all. The refrigerator wasn’t up and running. Then here is the unfortunate but funny experience. No water was coming out of the shower . I went downstairs to get the receptionist’s attention for help. He came and tried to touch or turn all the knobs there is in the shower area it still didn’t work. He went to get help so I waited then heard strong water flow. I checked and found that the knob came off maybe out of water pressure and it was flowing with pressure like crazy. I ran downstairs to get the guy at the reception and he wasn’t there. I went back upstairs worried its going yo flood the room. To cut the story short, we had to be moved to another room to be able to shower. Only 1 of us was able to shower cause they had to shut down the main water line. The photo shows the knob came off from the water pressure. It seemed not efficiently installed. We just left early.
