Staff were nice and helpful, it was rather clean, dining area was pleasant

Noise way too noisy, extremely close to highway, less than 20 mts, the Noise of waves breaking can be nice but not all night long when trying to sleep, people arrived or left 4.30 am !! There were 2 shower heads in bathroom, 1 for hot 1 for cold ?? CRAZY , they were 30 mins away from Whale Sharks, so why use this name??

Staff gentil, mais au sommet de l'incompétence! il n'y a pas grand chose a faire dans les environs, l'attraction principales étant les requins baleines. Le staff nous a donné les pires conseils du début à la fin. Ne leurs faites pas confiance pour vous donner des infos pertinentes ou l'organisation de vos sorties. Le pdj pas cher, mais ultra basique, un jus hyper chimique, très long a prendre la commande et encore plus a être servi. La piscine inutilisable (pas entretenue), la 'plage' très petite, que des cailloux, chaussures obligatoires. Herbergement excentré, rien a moins de 30 mins à pieds. Une des chambres réservés n'avait pas d'eau chaude. très déçu par ce choix
