40th floor was too high for me

De service was op zich prima. Ze kwam snel naar de kamer bij vragen.

Ik sliep met mijn dochter en wilde allebei in apart bed. Ik dacht dat ik een tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed had geboekt. Bij aankomst bleek dit een bed te zijn met een uitschuifla met een matrasje erin. Hierdoor kon de deur niet dicht en hoorde je alle herrie van buiten. Daarnaast moest je op het matras stappen om naar de wc te gaan. Als je meer dan 1 bed nodig hebt hier dan niet slapen. Met zijn 2en prima voor de prijs.

Location is great

We arived and the place stunk of fish . The place is ok for 2 and 1 child but for 4 adults and 2 small children the room is just too small . We booked 2 night stay and we wanted to use the swimming pool , the staff were rude, horrible to us . We were willing to pay the entrance fee, no problem, but being surrounded by staff for my 5 year old using the pool was a nightmare. Then after paying there were no towels , the guard made us drip dry before we could go back to our room, my child was shivering cold. Horrible experience. Wont recommend and won't come back
