Friendly staff, close to amenities, specially bus going to my province Cagayan.

Just the location

Rooms smell bad, washroom ceiling is leaking, never replace toilet paper got wet, can’t take the shower it’s dirty, no signal on TV. In my family room with children ants crawling, room smells, beds hard uncomfortable. There is poop and ants on the floor before you enter the room. Need a new Pillows and towels.

I booked 3 rooms for the family. We were not happy in our stay. Our room smell, leakage at the washroom ceiling, our own toilet paper got wet, I called the service just put towel to catch the leak didn't even replace toilet paper,can't take the shower floor is dirty, no signal on TV. My family with 3 children their room is dirty, ants crawling at the wall, bed is hard, poop on the floor with ants on their door. I try to reach you so we can get refund to look for another place but it failed, not delivered came back my message. I'm been with booking.com never have this bad experience. Cleanliness and comfort should be provided, I paid much more compare on their own price for walk in customer. I'm hoping you give me some credit on this issue.

Some of the staff are respectful

when we arrived, one of the staff was busy playing video games and didn’t help with our luggage I also noticed a small cockroach under the bed. Another thing that confused me was that I booked and paid for 3 guests, but the room only had 2 toothbrushes. When I asked for another one, the staff said the room was only for 2 people. Hotel could definitely improve on guest service and room cleanliness.

It is near the central, the staff are nice, the places are clean and very affordable.

The lock of the door is broken, my husband just fixed it. There is no heater. And cannot flush the toilet.

The property was ghetto and dirty. The pictures on the website looked beautiful but in actual it’s not. There were bugs inside the room. The rug was dirty. The bathroom has hole in the ceiling and it smells. There were no windows and it’s suffocating with a matching black painted walls. I booked for two nights and was trying to cancel the 2nd night but they did not refund, although it says it’s partially refundable. Towels were old and it looked dirty.
