The location was okay.

The room was clean, however the toilet was bad. The drain on the floor and on the sink were open. The bidet was not good too. They provided us with only one and quite dirty towel (stains).

Partas intercity bus service runs right past the hotel, no need to walk or get a ride. The hotel had great decor and was in very good condition, especially compared to the seriously substandard rooms in the same price tier in Baguio. A/C was silent and powerful. Staff were cordial, but sometimes absent for extended periods. The bathroom was in great condition. A small window offered a view of the surroundings.

Cold shower only. Loud hallway conversations in the wee hours of the morning - typical for anywhere on a Saturday night. Bathroom was very clean, but it did have a bit of a bad smell from the shower drain. Booking.com charges 30% more than the hotel's rate, which is 980 pesos for the basic double room.
