SureStay Plus by Best Western Cebu City

The staff was very nice and the location was quite okay. There is a seven eleven shop nearby, it also looked quite safe to walk around even in the evening.

The air conditioning was really bad, it was very hot. The rooms did not have any windows.

Nice property, one of our grab drivers said the hotel is new. The walls are paper thin, we were by a room that never slept and continually rang the door bell and made a lot of noise, that isn't the hotels fault. Breakfast was fine, convenient at least. Staff was very nice, the security guard at the door always rushed to open the door, which wasn't necessary, but they seemed happy to do it.

Just a buffet in the morning wasn't properly heated more interested in getting your room number then filling up the buffet with food

We didn’t end up staying here because the room we were given had a window that was completely whited out and had an unpleasant odour. Although the place was very clean and the staff were nice, the hotel does not look like the photos. Under the circumstances, I wasn’t going to ask for a room change and we decided to go elsewhere.

Clean and spacious room. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is great!

The hotel was fine no problems basic

The breakfast was Filipino and very basic the bread was sweet, full of sugar like most things local. I passed on the breakfast after the second day. But this would not stop me from stopping at the hotel again.

Everything is good except the room is too small and no windows.
