There was a refrigerator in my room, but the refrigerator door was bent/damaged, and it wouldn't close, so I couldn't use the refrigerator.

I pay for a standard double room worth 20k for 4 rooms. My room which is standard double room is so hot. I reported it but it still hot.

the staff are good and the rest of marketing in booking.com is not
