The restaurant took two hours to prepare the food, the food was terrible, and the female staff member who checked us in had a terrible attitude.

The place had a great vibe. It was family-friendly and homey as well. Their food was superb, and I was especially thankful because my mom, who is a picky eater, was really happy and satisfied. I personally loved their halo-halo (a must-try) and the ampalaya with dilis. The breakfast was also of great quality. We loved starting our day with a good breakfast. Since I was traveling with my senior citizen parents, we also appreciated that they placed them in a ground-floor room. The place was clean, and the staff attended to our needs 24 hours a day. Everyone was very welcoming, especially Kristal, the first receptionist we met. Thank you — we really enjoyed our stay. We also saw a very cute sea turtle during our stay, which made the experience even lovelier.

The stairs were a bit challenging, especially if you have seniors with you. There was no elevator, so if you are traveling with seniors, inform the staff ahead of time so they can place them on the ground floor, like they did for my parents. The good thing is that they helped us bring our luggage upstairs since we were on the 3rd floor. The comfort room drainage in our room was also a problem. Stagnant water would collect after we took a bath, so we had to call the housekeeper for help. She was kind enough to mop the water away.

The property is gorgeous, and the view from the room and restaurant are stunning. We were able to see sea turtles from our room almost every morning. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and I am very appreciative that they got me a slice of cake for my birthday :) The property location is quite convenient and easy to access the grocery store/atm and main city attractions by scooter.

L’hôtel a une architecture très originale et charmante, qui fait penser à un paquebot, ce qui lui donne beaucoup de caractère. Le personnel est absolument adorable à tous les niveaux : accueillant, serviable et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Le restaurant est également un vrai point fort : la nourriture est très bonne et les prix sont très raisonnables. La piscine est agréable, et l’accès direct à la mer est un vrai plus. L’eau est claire et c’est un endroit parfait pour se détendre.

Le gros point noir reste la chambre. La salle de bain est beaucoup trop petite et les matériaux semblent de qualité assez médiocre. La douche fuit, ce qui provoque de l’eau partout et beaucoup d’humidité. Des tapis de bain devraient absolument être fournis dès l’arrivée, ce qui n’était pas le cas. De plus, les draps dégageaient une odeur très forte et peu agréable, tout comme les serviettes de plage, ce qui a nui au confort du séjour. Le petit déjeuner est également à améliorer, car il est en dessous du niveau global de l’hôtel. Dans l’ensemble, cela reste suffisant pour une nuit, mais des améliorations sont clairement nécessaires, notamment au niveau des chambres.

J ai bien aimer le fait d être sur l eau et qu on peut apercevoir des tortue au moins 2 ou 3 et l emplacement à côté des wall Shark et tumalaog falls et la gentilles du personnel

La salle de bain trop petite

The King suite room on 3rd floor has great sea view, and a wrap around balcony. The 4th floor has roof top garden etc with a bar which wasn't open during my stay there. Veey friendly staff ever ready to assist whenever I asked for help.

The shower floor is not sufficiently sloped to allow quick drainage of water. Not a big deal as long as one is aware of it.
