El edificio era bonito y tranquilo, con una cama cómoda y habitaciones y baño limpios. Ofrecía shampoo, acondicionador, toallas y sábanas limpias, aire acondicionado y servicio gratuito de lavadora. Estaba ubicado en una avenida con mucho comercio, tiendas y supermercados abiertos hasta tarde.

La conectividad era limitada; aunque estaba relativamente cerca de la Acrópolis, el metro más cercano quedaba a unos 15 minutos a pie. Además, había una parada de bus a una cuadra, pero solo pasaban dos líneas (N° 1 y N° 5) cada 20 a 40 minutos.
