Excellent food: dinner & breakfast. Very helpful staff. An excellent location for the airport but not an "airport hotel".

Room needs updating. Outdoor area, pool side, was tarmac - far too hot with little shade.

Front desk staff were polite and the check-in process was straightforward, but that was the only positive aspect of the stay.

The villa area felt abandoned and unsafe, with overgrown paths, poor upkeep, wild dogs fighting near the balcony, and constant animal noise at night. The villa itself was unhygienic — strong foul smell, bathroom smelled like vomit, and the fridge had what looked like blood residue. There was open burning just metres from the villa, with smoke entering the room. The private beach area was neglected and poorly maintained. Breakfast quality was very poor and resulted in food poisoning. At ~RM700 per night, this villa was extremely overpriced and unacceptable.
