Century Langkasuka Resort Langkawi

The only thing I liked was that I could cancel with penalty.

We arrived late at night directly from the airport, we were taken to a room that smelled of mold, the pillows were so dirty, like I've never seen anywhere else, very old, broken, rusty furniture. The beds also smelled of mold and stale air. I refused the room because my husband has asthmatic bronchitis and we couldn't sleep there. We were taken to another building, the room had exactly the same problem: dirty brown pillows, musty smell throughout the room, the same old and rusty furniture. Because it was very late, we stayed that night, asked for other pillows and they were brought to us, but in the morning we checked out and asked for a refund for the remaining 6 nights and moved to another hotel. There was a night when wr could barely sleep because of the musty smell. We appreciated that the reception staff were kind and wanted to take us to see another room, but everything they showed us was just as old and moldy. The worst experience so far, in all the years I've been booking all our vacations through Booking. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemies. And I also had to pay a cancellation fee. But at least I was able to leave and book somewhere else, at another hotel.

I like all including comfortable, facilities, breakfast, parking etc

The location is close to the airport, just a 5 min Grab away. You need to travel 15 min to go to Pantai Cenang beach , but we were ok with that. The rooms had a peculiar odour which never went away. That was a bit of a problem but apart from that the stay was comfortable, breakfast spread is good and staff are cordial.

Proximité avec l'aéroport de Langkawi et les plages du Nord.

La baignade n'est pas autorisée sur la plage privative, ce qui est frustrant.

Great location.
