Wunderschönes, liebevoll renoviertes.Haus. Francesca und ihr Bruder sind wahnsinnig gastfreundlich, als wäre man bei Freunden zu Besuch. Tolles Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit traumhaften Blick auf den See. Immer wieder gern.

Beautiful villa located on Lake Maggiore. The views were spectacular. A family run property. Francesca is a charming hard working host who goes above and beyond to make your stay special. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast sat on a small terrace overlooking lake. On the Sunday evening (they didn’t serve dinner on the Saturday) we enjoyed Italian food cooked by her brother using local ingredients whilst watching the sun go down over the lake. The weather was beautiful and we relaxed one afternoon in the garden jacuzzi, again overlooking the lake. You could also use the small private beach across the road where there were some sun loungers. Our room, at the top of the house, was a good size,clean,comfortable with that view! Parking is at side of the road, a little tricky to find at first, and then up some steps to the property. A short drive to Cannobio, not very safe to walk along road as no path.

Nice house, but under construction at the moment. Nice view on the lake.

The house is situated directly at the street which is extremely loud and noisy! There is no air-condition and we had a room facing the lake and the street. It was a horrible night! To cool down the room, we had to open the windows which didn’t really helped and we couldn‘t get any sleep because of the cars on the street. We planned to stay two nights, but left after the first…

Francesca is absolutely amazingly helpful, she could not do anymore for us. Breakfast was fabulous.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht, aber restlos begeistert. Ein mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail frisch renoviertes altes Haus direkt am See, sauberes Zimmer, modernes Bad und romantisches Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Ausblick. Auto kann direkt an der Straße geparkt werden, ist aber sicher. Im nächsten geschäftigen Ort ist man in 5min mit dem Auto. Die superfreundliche Tochter des Hauses spricht zudem sehr gut deutsch.

Alles. Francesca ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt
