Das Badezimmer war mit Bidet und allem drum und dran ausgestattet

Alles war gut

Perfect location! The apartment is just a 10–15 minute walk from the famous Greek Theatre, where you can enjoy stunning views of the historical beauty of Syracuse. In the opposite direction, you can easily reach the island of Ortigia, home to the beautiful Piazza del Duomo, charming restaurants, and an elegant promenade perfect for evening strolls. The host is an exceptional person — very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you might need. The room is spacious and includes a small balcony, which we really appreciated. There's also a coffee machine in the room — a lovely touch that allowed us to enjoy a delicious Italian coffee first thing in the morning. Another big plus: the B&B has an agreement with the bakery-pastry shop located downstairs, where you can enjoy an amazing breakfast with fresh pastries and excellent coffee. Everything was perfect — 10 out of 10! If you're looking for a well-located, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped place to stay, don’t hesitate to book.

Camera abbastanza nuova

Camera molto piccola soprattutto il bagno e la doccia che era minuscola. Per il resto tutto ok. Molto accogliente e carina la signora delle pulizie!

L'androne condominiale e le scale sono mal tenuti e poco puliti. Il bar che forniva il servizio della colazione non era situato propriamente sotto la struttura ma nel viale accanto. Il barista è stato molto molto sgarbato e arrogante: la prima mattina si è impuntato rifiutando di fornire alcunchè oltre cornetto e cappuccino (the nel mio caso), assumendo che questa era l'indicazione del gestore; la seconda poi, dopo che il gestore alle mie rimostranze mi aveva assicurato che aveva parlato col barista e che avrei potuto prendere ciò che volevo, alzando la voce ha preteso da me il pagamento del pezzo dolce e del caffè che avevo preso in più oltre al the e al cornetto, e questo negando di avere parlato e di avere ricevuto il giorno precedente, dopo le mie rimostranze, diverse istruzioni dal gestore. Se pertanto la colazione, inclusa nel costo della camera, dovesse essere tuttora fornita ancora tramite il bar "Milk and caffe", in corso Gelone 22, cosa questa che non auspico non essendo tollerabile un servizio così scadente né che il barista non si attenga alle indicazoni ricevute e arrivi a negare ciò che il gestore mi aveva espressamente assicurato alzando addirittura la voce col cliente, raccomando vivamente agli utenti di farsi chiarire dal gestore per scritto in cosa consiste

Clean and well laid out

We found it difficult to find free parking and ended up in a pay carpark close to the appt, I would budget an extra €20 per night for this, the apartment was small and in particular the shower, for larger guests like myself this was uncomfortable, if you have large luggage be advised you have 27 steps to climb, it's just off a busy main street so if you look for a later sleep this will not allow.
