The staff and service is excellent. The hotel is older and the exterior is not as represented on the website. There are no water toys while the neighbour properties can take people diving or fishing the property does not. The interior is well kept and clean. It’s is located between Subic and Olongopo and so is about 300 pesos taxi to anywhere. There are some not family friendly clients.

This place was disappointing, run down, everything works but old. Subic beach the water smells. TV, very poor picture. Do not recommend this place, nor Subic beach.

Old and dirty Facility. We had cockroaches in the entrance, in our room and bed. We checked in and immediately left to look for better accommodations. Did not stay and asked for a refund from Expedia and palm tree. Save your money and do not book here.
