Very clean, comfortable room. Also great service! The breakfast opens at 6:30. But we had to leave earlier, so they offered it as take out before they opened.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and gave us a free upgrade. Breakfast was included in the price and was delicious. Air con worked really well. Reasonably priced mini bar in the room. Lots of outdoor space which was lovely. Cute touch with the nautical themed decorations.

The hotel is new and in very good shape. The Aircon was strong, almost too strong. Food was good and staff very friendly. Big room, king-size bed and nice bathroom.

The ladies in the front desk are very polite and accommodating. The only reason why I gave 5 as the rating.

Free breakfast was very inconsistent and slow. 1. They serve me raw pancake - complained about it - then serve me with the same pancake now burnt and cooked. 2. It would take 1hr before you can have your breakfast. If you’re planning to have a breakfast before your flight - might as well forget about it. The toilet stinks. Like a sewage kind of smell

I appreciate the spacious rooms, the cozy atmosphere, and the approachable, friendly staff.

The food options are limited to one serving, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked our stay. Adding more variety could be a great idea. One more thing: there’s an unpleasant smell in Room 104 that I’m not sure about.

1. One highlight of our stay was the perfect breakfast that delighted our taste buds. I especially loved the way they cooked the tapa. We also tried the English breakfast, which was definitely worth the extra 100 pesos. 2. The room is decent and the place is close to the district. 3. Staff's are friendly

1. The bidet had a strong sewage smell, which made it unusable. Despite the staff's assurance that it would improve after flushing out the water, the odor persisted. Additionally, the bidet hose was rusty, which might have contributed to the unpleasant smell. I hope this issue gets resolved. 2. Our room was extremely noisy because it was located above the restaurant. The sound of chairs being dragged made it difficult to sleep, especially since the restaurant stayed open until 1 am. 3. We found a small dead cockroach in the bed, which was unsettling. I’m not sure where it came from, but it might have been crushed during the night as it was near my foot. 4. There was no fridge in the room, so be cautious about bringing food from outside, as it could attract ants.
