The first initial look it was clean and decent but the longer i stayed the more i notice things that needed to be addressed. Shower head needed to be replaced... washer/dryer combo wasnt working properly 😑... roaches were in the bed frame and the kitchen..they come out when cooking. ...the staff were great and the pool could need some fixing...the walk way(wooden boards)around the pool were very slippery when wet.Air con were old but worked well.
Most of the equipment ie air-conditioning, fridge showers, all utensils in the kitchen old,chairs old and stained,
Condo was small but OK. Main problem was finding the exact location once inside 'Mactan Newtown' Community.
