"Good hotel with good location."

Good place with good location and they have parking space. A lot of good restaurants are near by just walking distance.

Breakfast was not that much good and room was little stinky.

"A great weekend family getaway"

Spacious room. Relatively new facilities. New and clean. Kids playroom. Family friendly. Strawberry shortcake at Alabano's was value for money so we ordered two. Glad they accommodated our last minute request at the resto before they closed. The ramen resto near the hotel was superb.

Nothing much. Just really minor details. The dirty bubbles in the pool and how cold it was. The kids playroom was unkempt.

"Perfect for a family staycation"

We got a room with a large double bed, just perfect for our little family! It's super comfy and sheets are clean. Since we travel with a toddler, we got a free cot and was loved by our son. Also clean and comfy. It's Akeeva! ✨ Complete amenities inside the room. ++++ points too on their toiletries. We didn't bring any because we expected them, and no regrets! There's also drinking water that is refilled during room service. Staff are 💯 attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet is good! 😋 Can request for needs like laundry bag and iron& board. 👌 Also, loved that they have pool, kid's play room, spa, and gym! Lastly, the location is superb as there's a lot of resto, stores, and other establishment within the vicinity. Perfect for a family staycation, indeed! ♥

"Clean , modern, great staff , good location."

It’s been modernised. The Junior Suite isn’t a suite by any standards but it is very clean and very modern. The front desk are a delight to deal with This is my go to City Break hotel now.

"Excellent"

It was great value and quick cab ride to anywhere in the city. The cafe food was too sweet or too salty for me. I paid for everything online, including breakfast. The online site asked for my children's age and I entered it, so I assumed all breakfast was paid for, but when we went to eat breakfast, they charged me for my eldest child (10 yrs old) which confused me.

The breakfast was not bad, but it is too adapted to their local clients. It could be challenging for foreigners: no proper croissants, no english bf... I think some improvements are needed in this area.
