just wanted to say what a wonderful time we had staying at Riad SofYan. You did an amazing job looking after us and organising restaurants and the trip to the mountains. You’re staff were lovely and kind. The massage was amazing, the best we’ve ever had.

The property was very clean and had a very nice traditional riad look which gave me a wonderful experience. The staff such as Ibrahim and Oumaima were very helpful and nice and they both provided expetional service which made me feel at home. The Hammam experience was also very good, and the hammam staff, Soukaina, ensured that she gave a good experience to the three of us.

The only problem was that the parking was an issue, but other than that it was very good no complaints.

En nydelig oase rett i utkanten av de travleste områdene i medinaen. Flotte rom som stemmer overens med bildene. Nydelig takterrasse hvor man også kan få frokost servert. Nydelig opplevelse med Masasje og hamam.

Det er utrolig stille og ingen trafikkstøy fra gatene, men man må regne med å høre lyder fra hotell-livet inne i gårdsrommet.

Struttura bella e ben tenuta, tipico riad di qualità. Personale molto disponibile anche se un po’ troppo sicuro di sé. La stanza non era esattamente come descritta ma comunque gradevole. Colazione ottima e servita al tavolo, bellissima jacuzzi sul rooftop sempre disponibile h24

Dicono di avere un parcheggio privato, per chi viaggia in moto un criterio di scelta fondamentale. All’arrivo ci si trova in un dedalo di viuzze dove è difficile persino girarsi, dovrebbero avvisare che il parcheggio privato è in realtà un parcheggio pubblico all’aperto a dieci minuti di cammino. Farseli col caldo, i bagagli e vestiti da moto è veramente difficile. Se siete motociclisti evitate

El recibimiento del manager del hotel fue excepcional, con un acto ceremonial de toma de té segun la cultura marroquí. La atencion durante la estancia tambien merece la valoracion maxima.

La ubicacion del hotel hace necesario caminar unos 300 metros desde donde puede llegar el coche hasta la puerta. Pero no es un gran problema salvo que vayas cargando el equipaje

The aesthetic was gorgeous, facilities were great. Loved the breakfast and the service was amazing. In particular the manager Ibrahim was so helpful in giving great advice and helping us get organised. The whole staff was great to be honest.

The only thing that was a bit confusing at first was not being dropped off with taxi out front. We were left at a square. But we soon learned that it was because the roads were too small for cars. I can’t remember if this was stated on the venue listing but if it wasn’t, then it would be great to know for future.

Le riad est placé en plein cœur du centre ce qui facilite les déplacements et les taxis peuvent nous chercher à proximité. L’établissement est magnifique et très bien entretenu par le personnel. Vrai riad marocain. Merci à Brahim qui a été d’une grande disponibilité et d’une amabilité exceptionnelle. Pour nous avoir fait de superbes petits déjeuner et nous avoir guidé dans la Médina.
