The elevator dord not reach last floor and I had to lift up a 30kh sure case . This was not mentioned
USUSThere was nothing in the ad to indicate that we would have to bring up our bags from the third to the fourth floor ourselves. Not only are we in our 70s, but the stairwell is spiral so it’s just very uncomfortable. Also, there was no place to hang out after we arrived from the airport. Had we known this we would not have selected this place

The main bedroom only has a sheer at the window so we were woken by the sunlight, before we needed to wake up. It needs a blackout blind.
