Mia Hotels Agadir

We had a very nice week in the Ibis Budget Agadir. My family and i spent a lovely time with the staff of the reception and even the security men was very helpful and always smiling. The room as we expect very clean, the beakfast was good. We will come back for sure next time. It was our first time in this hotel bus it wont the last visite. Thanks to Mr. Wari the GM of the hotel for his hospitality

I spent two nights in Ibis Budget Agadir and I received a wonderful surprise: price was very competitive and I wans't expecting all this quality. Room comfy with all mod cons great breakfast and very kind staff: one receptionist printed out a detailed map for us and even our flight ticket the last day and it was so kind of him till I figure out that was the manager of the hotel itself and I would like to thank him for his courteousness . That was very useful :) If we would come to Agadir , we would come back there for sure.

I have been in morocco for the first time and it wasn't a quiet good beginning till I have changed from (X) hotel to IBIS Budget and was a very amazing surprise ! i just love it! I also advice Ibis budget for the best reasons! the best service the best price and trust me it worth it , Budget receptionist are very nice, everything very clean, Comparing to my EX hotel it was really a disaster no need to mention !! congratulations to the maids team. every day you have a story , Breakfast was Brilliant with a Moroccan taste I love it !! the hotel is very well situated, you just have to drive 5 minutes till the beach! i really recommend it for other it does really Worth what you have paid for! Comparing to the other hotel but do not stay only in agadir. you must go to essaouira or imsswan . and look for some excursions outside the hotel based on the reception knowledge you can count on Leila or anybody else they're all willing to help . I would recommend the IBIS Budget to any traveller as it is clean, relatively quiet, and have a rasonable distance from Marina , has a friendly staff who speak a multitude of languages and are not in your face or evasive as the first one .

I had an absolutley stay at this hotel. Cant thank the staff who really went the extra mile. Esp laila in recpetion and adbul wahid the security made my stay be pleasant. When ever you need something they where always there. Thank you soo much for you help !!!

The staff were super friendly reception Zed , Rachid really embodied the spirit of Céad Mile Fáilte. They're very attentive, helpful and accommodating – no request was too big or small. The hotel has a wonderful holiday atmosphere, and a really diverse mix of people from all over the world. Perfect for couples, and perfect for a family with small children. Our main feedback is that all staff's wages should be doubled, because they definitely deserve it for the service they gave us. Will definitely visit this hotel again.  Parking and Terace are very clean, safe and well monitored by lifeguards Hicham who I had the chance to met. Plenty of places to eat about the hotel, and plenty of options. Very close to Petit Pecheur fish restaurant where most of my time goes if you miss the taste of home. Crocodiles PARC too close too. The way to the beach from the hotel it's a bit far but not for us coz we already have a wheel , there's a great row of pleasant, safe restaurants and shops described by the great Rachid and Zed experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a nice and calm view .  We would heartily recommend the Hotel IBIS Budget for any young couple looking for an interesting place to holiday.

IBIS BUDGET AGADIR hotel is an excellent family hotel with a lovely atmosphere . The Front desk clerks were so freindly for the kids . However, there is a lovely Snack restaurant near the hotel Oasis Cafe which is run by Hussain and Hassan . These guys are extremely friendly and offer variety of snack and Hamburgers. Getting back to the hotel if you're in the mood for some Coffee grub or just want to chill with some fresh juice and Lovely music right there . I love my coffee and Tea so I used to be there in terrace very often. Zed and Waheed go out of their way to ensure that your comfortable with everything. Thank you Zed and Waheed for your hospitality. We definitely will be back in the future. Thank you Hotel Ibis for everything.

I’m not sure what’s happened to this hotel as I see it’s had good reviews so perhaps a change of management?? Visited with young family for stopover. Staff were dismissive and abrupt. First room reeked of damp, not sure if it came from the sheets or curtains or mopped with dirty water but we asked to swap as the stench was too strong even with windows open. The next room had no air conditioning and in August this was a problem for the little one. We asked if they could have a look and they refused to inspect or move us and told us pretty much that it was tough luck as the technician would only visit the next day....when we would be checked out anyway! The breakfast was ok and everything else was pretty much satisfactory but it’s the staff that make a visit. Ibis, sort this out please otherwise you’ll start to have a lot more of these reviews! In the meantime people I would definitely not recommend, especially for a long stay.

Rude staff especially lady on reception glasses with curly hair. Air conditioning does not work and when there get it to work does not let out much cold air. When I took my first shower room got flooded with water & hygiene very poor when it comes to breakfast food trays stink & flies everywhere in canteen. Trust me do yourself a favour and book somewhere near the beach because taxis will cost you coming and going to the beach which is around about 30 to 40 dihrams in a orange meter taxi make sure he is using it and sets it back when you jump in. Taxis from the airport to the hotel are 200 dihrams if you manage to get it less then this you've done well.

As am working on the hospitality world and as am regular guest of ibis hotels ... i can confirm that this hotel is a great one and if you pay 300 mad they deserve it ... Am in agadir for the pleasure , to visit beaches like taghazout , Imi ouadar ... but when i checked in the first night , i told that i will spend all my stay in agadir in this hotel instead of taghazout hotels next day as it was in my plans ... everybody was smiling and kind starting from security , reception and the housekeeping they are really making a great work ... i would like just to thank the room attendent of the room 208 from 1 July to 5th she is making something called ´ get me right ‘ as she take care of the details... Thanks and i recommande highly this hotel if you are searching the cleanest and kindness even he is far a little bit from the city center .
