"Amazing hosts, impeccable cleanliness, perfect location—our stay exceeded all expectations and made Morocco unforgettabl"

10.0

This property was absolutely perfect in every way! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, making us feel instantly at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding—everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t be better, providing easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Morocco. But what truly made our experience unforgettable were the incredible hosts. Their kindness, attentiveness, and local insights elevated our stay to a whole new level. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience, and their hospitality alone is enough to make me want to return. This place exceeded all expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again—just to stay here! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Morocco.

The staff is very helful and nice. They have the riad spottless. Free parking on the street.

We didn't have a glass window in our room, only a wooden shutter. Therefore, we couldn't sleep at all; it was super noisy, like sleeping with the window open. If you wanted natural light, you had to open the wooden shutter, which meant the window was completely open because there was no glass. The street is very noisy, and you can hear the traffic all night. Our friends had a glass window but no curtains, so they woke up at 6 AM because the room was extremely bright.

"A Stairway to Heaven with a shower of vexing surprise."

6.0

The riad's convenient location provided easy access to all necessary amenities. The staff, particularly Nora and Aziza, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a unique ceiling pattern that made for a restful sleep. The rooftop terrace offered a delightful view, especially at night when the city lights twinkled and the breeze was pleasant. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on the terrace. Breakfast included omelettes, a variety of breads, jams, fresh orange juice, and of course mint tea. While the overall experience was satisfactory, the dinner was particularly enjoyable with a diverse menu to choose from. The riad’s entrance and lobby decorations were also impressive, adding to the overall charm of the property

Unfortunately, the riad wasn't ideal for everyone. The presence of multiple staircases throughout, from the entrance to rooms and the rooftop terrace, made it inaccessible for wheelchair users or those with mobility limitations. Additionally, taller guests might need to watch their heads navigating the stairs. Our room, the second door on the right by reception, had a significant issue with the shower drainage, causing flooding after use. The toilet also wobbled slightly. There are no wardrobes. No laundry. No room service. Thin walls allowed noise from the reception to penetrate into the room, including conversations and phone calls. While the staff were friendly, a language barrier existed. Communication required them to call the owner/manager for inquiries, leading to delays in getting information. Booking.com's information regarding taxes was inaccurate. Upon arrival, we were required to pay an additional tax in euros. Furthermore, a 5% surcharge was applied to all credit card payments, including meals. While cash payments were accepted in euros, change was provided in local currency. Considering the value for money, other options in the area might be more suitable.
