Riad Al Nubala

The Riad is super clean. The decoration is quaint and beautiful in the room and in the central area. The riad has wonderful terrace. Overall interior design is very nice. Breakfast was excellent and fresh everyday from Morocco bread, crepes, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruits and omelets. Cédric and his team are very friendly and attentive to details. When we arrived he showed us places to visit and recommended places to eat for vegetarian. Cédric team also help us with laundry. They also arranged airport transfer for us. We felt safe and very comfortable staying here. The Location offered easy access to local sights and markets. Exceptional services from staff made our stay truly memorable.

Nous sommes très heureux d’avoir pu passer deux jours au sein du Riad de Cédric et Florence. Leur implication dans la rénovation de ce lieu paisible est à noter: le soin du détail est présent, le lieu possède toutes les commodités dignes d’un hôtel de standing et est surtout fidèle au dépaysement que l’on peut espérer en arrivant à Marrakech. En plus d’un cadre idéal, le service est excellent. Si vous avez besoin de vous déplacer, on vous appellera un chauffeur privé pour une somme à peine plus élevée que si vous aviez pris un taxi. Encore mieux, vous paierez vos déplacements a la fin de votre séjour directement au Riad. L’implication de la part des hôtes est au-delà de ce que nous aurions pu espérer. Leurs employés sont à la fois discrets, souriants et serviables. Un lieu calme où se ressourcer dans les ruelles pleines de vie de la médina NB: merci à Cédric d’avoir, à 21h30, à notre retour d’une soirée au restaurant, sauvé les vêtements de ma conjointe de taches de vin. NB2: mention spéciale au yoghourt à la fleur d’oranger du petit déjeuner !

The Riad was lovely and clean, the staff there are great, the bed was comfortable. Felt very safe and secure. The night staff was lovely, he helped us out a lot while my girlfriend was feeling unwell during our stay.

You have to ask for hot food during breakfast, you can’t bring food inside the Riad which I find abit annoying.

The staff were so accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The Riad itself was beautiful, and we had the best night's sleep ever. Breakfast was also delicious. It was great to have Cedric pick us up from the taxi and walk us to the road too so we didn't get lost.

The only slight niggle was that the driver picking us up from the airport was also picking someone else up who was arriving on a plane 45 mins after ours so we had to wait for 45 mins before we could leave. The driver was lovely though, and it seemed like this was just the way Marrakech worked.

Thank you soo much to Cedric, Aimad & the team. This was by far our best stay in Morocco due to the staff, location, comfort and cleanliness. Would recommend and 100% book again.

From the point of booking to arriving back home communication was excellent. Recommendations from restaurants and places to visit were given before and on arrival. The Riad is situated in the Kasbah area and around a 15 minute walk to the main square away from all the hustle and bustle of the centre. Once you walk through the door it is so peaceful after a day in the crowds. Airport transfer arranged by Cedric would definitely recommend this as you are dropped on the main road and you are greeted by a member of staff and walked to the Riad. The Riad is spotlessly clean and a lot of care has been taken to renovate the property. It is exactly as seen in the photos. Breakfast is a selection of Moroccan breads, cakes, yoghurts, pancakes,waffles,fruit,omelets, fresh orange juice and was different on each morning. The owners and staff are all polite and friendly and will answer any questions you have. We had a lovely visit and would definitely recommend to others.

Honestly if I could give 10 stars to this Riad, i would! This was easily the best Riad we stayed in throughout our entire time in Morocco. The hospitality and the level of attention to details was top notch. Pros: + beautiful décor and smell + good location and close to many touristy points in Marrakech + Great breakfast options (cooked fresh every morning and options change every day) + Great staff - Cédric, Florence and Aimad went above and beyond + Great communication - pre arrival, during and after checking out + Hospitality 💯 - from the moment we arrived we were looked after to the small details + Beautiful bedrooms, clean and with great showers (never spent so much time having a shower) + I know this may seem small - but somebody is there waiting for you in the evening when you head back to the Riad.

Breakfast was good. Eggs are always served in Morocco. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet location.

No door to bathroom from room. I didn’t notice before booking. My fault. Location was further away to Kasbah which we knew. However, in hindsight would have been good to be a little closer. Especially as only staying for a couple of days.
