1. Location (most important): The location itself is central. 2. Cleanliness: everything is very clean, and the riad looks freshly painted and nicely renovated. 3. Staff: perfect. They even help carry your luggage to the taxis, which are a couple of minutes away. 4. The rooftop is very nice with lot of sofas and chairs. Clean and pleasant.

1. Location (most important): The riad is located in a dirty alley with waste and stray cats around. During the daytime it is fine, but at night it doesn’t feel very pleasant, although no incidents occurred. But is true to almost all riads. The location itself is central, but cars cannot stop directly at the hotel, so you have to walk a couple of minutes to reach taxis or other vehicles. 2. No windows and fresh air: In a riad, the windows typically open only to internal spaces, so the rooms do not get much fresh air. There is constant heat and high humidity in the room. There is air conditioning, but it only helps to a certain extent. 3. Wi-fi signal is very poor in the room.

Eine wirkliche Oase mitten in der quirligen Medina von Marrakesch! Das Riad ist wunderschön renoviert und eingerichtet und hat ein Ambiente wie aus 1001 Nacht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch die Bäder bieten das, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Alles wird blitzsauber gehalten, es gibt ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück, alle Mitarbeiter sind außerordentlich freundlich und um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bemüht. Die Lage des Riads ist ideal zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein Ort, an dem man sich vom Verkehr, dem Lärm und den vielen Eindrücken in der Medina wirklich erholen kann. Aktivitäten in der Nähe: nah an den Souks Sicherheit: Die Mitarbeiter warten, bis man abends wieder da ist, um dann den Eingang abzuschließen, Super ! Fußläufigkeit: ca. 15-20 min bis zum Jema el fnaa, 10 min bis zu Beginn der Souks Speisen und Getränke: leckeres Frühstück, guter Kaffee und marokkanischer Minztee Nennenswertes: Dachterasse mit kleinem Pool + kleinem extra Pool im Erdgeschoss

Die Zahlung nach dem Aufenthalt war uns mit 2 von 3 Kreditkarten nicht möglich. Wo der Fehler lag, konnte nicht geklärt werden.

Magnifique Riad avec piscines..d une extrême propreté et avec un personnel d une gentillesse incroyable. Le petit dejeuner est parfait.. Emplacement parfait à seulement 3 min des souks tout en étant au calme. .Merci tout particulièrement à Ilies et Houssam ainsi qu au personnel de chambre pour ce séjour incroyable..Si nous revenons à Marrakech nous retournerons au Riad Mandana 🥰
