Where to start... 1. First thing we see are cockroaches as soon as we enter the apartment 2. Contacting the owners (which is a company called Smart BnB it seems - Google map them in Athens, reviews are terrible). Worst communication I have ever encountered. After 30mins, finally got through to Elen, she promised to send someone round, never did and proceeded to ignore further messages and calls 3. We were forced to stay the night as it was 10pm by this time. Uncomfortable bed, and location does not feel safe at night. The location is also far from the centre and inconvenient. 4. Checked out 9am the next day and informed the 'owners' via several messages to 2 different numbers provided - I still to this day have not received any message from them in response, never mind an apology or suggested solution. So disrespectful to your customers. If you want an apartment with good communication, that is clean and comfortable and in a good location to the city - STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE and do not waste your money staying here.

Instructions given to enter are confusing & poor. No bath mat provided. Could have helped to have a tea towel too More kitchen utensils would be handy as what is provided is very basic. A sharp knife would help
USNice cozy apartment. Newly refurbished rooms, bathroom was cleaned and bed was comfortable. The host was very friendly and service was excellent. Definitely will come back to stay here as my apartment of choice when I'm in Athens!

GBGenerally, the apartment was above expectation. Congrats! The rooms were tastefully done and renovated. Also thank to the management team and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service.

CHFriendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, the apartment was renovated with good looking rooms. There was a manager that informed us about the areas we need to visit and he was very helpful and polite!
