Taprobane House

The swimming pool and the great location are a big plus. Staff is super nice and attentive. We liked the size of the room.

The room was very spacious, pool area nice, and staff friendly.

The air conditioning in both rooms didn’t work until around 8pm, which meant the rooms were boiling. The shower drains in both rooms were not draining. Also food prices listed on the in-room menu did not match what we were actually charged.

Staff are really helpful and flexible for meeting guest's request..We arrived 2am and as soon as my car stopped in front of the place, Staff opened the door and welcomed us then took us the room straight away. Our luggage didn't arrive and we had to wait for the luggage to be delivered. They allowed us to extend our room and managed to wait for it. The location was great. Close to the train station. We saw a beautiful sunset from the train which we used to go to the city centre for dinner. Lots of nice cafes for breakfast are walking distance. Room was so clean and beautiful as a picture. Bed was comfortable. Swimming pool was great fory kids. We love to stay there again!!

La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse et confortable. C’était très agréable de pouvoir profiter de la piscine du rooftop en fin de journée et les plats que nous avons choisis au restaurant du rez-de-chaussée étaient délicieux.
