Skipper Beachfront Suites

Premier suite We were met by Nick, who explained the property facilities, he also helped carry our cases up, which was a grateful delight. Amazing views, definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. Property is on the main strip, fantastic location. Decor - property is beautifully and elegantly finished. Bed is comfortable. Importantly for the ladies, a large mirror with a reachable plug socket. The shower was invigorating. Aircon is excellent. Hot tub was set to a perfect temperature, lovely for a nite cap, and nice soft towels. Food at the skipper restaurant was lovely, staff happy to alter food at my request. Personally I recommend the Calzone folded or the Beef Stifado. Nick really is a credit to the place. Thank you to Nick, the staff and owner at Skipper. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Could be a little noisy on an evening, but this did not causes us a problem, you’re on holiday after all 😊

Die Innenausstattung war sehr schön, modern und gepflegt

Die ganzen Grillrauchschwaden und Abluft der Küchen welche am Abend den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse sehr unangenehm machten. Leider gab es weder Bademäntel noch Pooltücher. Die Bezüge der Liegen wie der Chillsessel waren sehr schmutzig und wiesen auch Brandlöcher auf. Zimmer wurden nur sehr minimalistisch gereinigt und aufgeräumt.

The only good thing about this place is Nick, the manager — he’s genuinely kind, super friendly, and really tried to make our stay better. He even brought us food when we asked for peanut butter and gave great tips for beaches and restaurants. He deserves 5 stars on his own. The rooms are big and clean.

Everything else? A nightmare. There’s a nightclub right under the hotel blasting music until 6 AM every single night. Forget about sleeping — it’s impossible. Breakfast is way below average, and after just one night we wanted to leave. We asked for a refund for the unused nights, but they refused, hiding behind their “policy.” Unless you plan to party all night and don’t care about rest, avoid this place at all costs. It’s not a hotel for sleeping — it’s basically a room above a club.

Nick on reception was extremely helpful. We had breakfast served in our room to enjoy the amazing view. Lovely hotel and great location. Thanks Nick for making our visit so special.
