Close to the beach, nice service, cleaning the room every day, fully equipped kitchen, everything was new, big parking in front

Stairs were a bit of a challenge to the 2nd floor for the 1st time with luggage.

Our stay in Crete during July was exceeded our expectations. The accommodation had new, stylish, and clean facilities, even better than home. The owner felt like family, offering help with beach, restaurant, and activity recommendations, and even a language solution for our late flight. This will be our go-to place for future visits due to its location—close to the center, with supermarket, restaurant, and cafe within a 2-minute walk. It also had free parking, easy check-in/check-out, and comfortable bed, shower, and kitchen.

The WiFi was a bit unstable due to nearby construction during our stay.

The apartment is clean, spacious and in a great location. It’s a 6 min drive out of the main centre, Chania Old Town, which is perfect to escape the loudness of the centre, but still close enough to be amongst the hustle and bustle. The apartment is located on a street with lots of street parking, a huge super market, a bakery and a traditional Greek taverna which is always packed with customers. It’s probably the best location that we have stayed in on our Greece trip so far.

The only reason that I am giving a 9 out of 10 and not a 10 out of 10 is because one of the bathrooms is quite small, but it’s definitely not a deterrent and I would definitely book again.

I recently stayed at Casa D'Irene Apartments, and it was a mixed experience. While the location was convenient, if you have a car, and the apartment was clean, there were several issues that affected our stay. The apartment was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos, which was disappointing. The bathroom, in particular, was tiny and not very comfortable to use. Additionally, the pillows were quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. A major concern was the host's intrusiveness. They entered the apartment while we were not there without informing us beforehand, which felt like an invasion of privacy, later saying it was because of the issue we had with the lock, previously, which was sorted the day before, so that seemed a bit off. On the positive side, the apartment was new, and the initial check-in process was smooth. However, given the size, the uncomfortable pillows, and the intrusive behavior of the host, I would hesitate to recommend it for those seeking a relaxing and private stay.

Kitchen was not well equipped with dishes and utensils, but as we were not planning to cook major meals, that wasn't an issue for us much. Parking provided was on the street, so it was not guaranteed that you'll find a spot.

Design and cleanliness was perfect actually exceeded expectations.

Size, it is little tide however everything was in place. Nothing missed out.

Very comfortable property for a family, the owners provide everything from towels to clothing racks and beach umbrellas.

Very cosy and spacuous apartament near Chania. Apartament very clean, with new firniture and equipment. Air condition works effectively and quietly. Vanessa is very kind and helpfull - she answered emmediately every our queston or reqest.

Would prefare soft pillows.

Modern, clean and spacious apartment (even for 7 guests). Vanessa was a brilliant host and greeted us on arrival. She was on hand to help with any issues, and fixed a problem with the air conditioning within 10 minutes of me telling her! Complimentary snacks, water and raki. Well-equipped kitchen. Very effective air conditioning, comfy beds, and black-out curtains. In a lovely residential road with a supermarket, bakery, and restaurant (would highly recommend eating at Pantos Kairou).

It wasn't really a problem for us but the apartment is quite far from the beach (about 40 mins - 1 hour walk) but there is a bus and the walk takes you through lots of interesting streets so it's a good way to explore Chania.
