Muy buena ubicación para salir a caminar por el centro de Marrakech, el desayuno del hotel es muy rico. La ambientación del lugar es muy típico de Marruecos. El personal del hotel es muy amable, y nos orientaron en todo momento. La iluminación de la habitación es un poco ténue pero así es el estilo.

La ducha no tiene shower door y hay que ser muy cuidadoso al bañarse para no hacer un desastre en el baño

Our stay at Riad Papillon was absolutely wonderful! The riad is beautiful, full of charm, and perfectly maintained — a real oasis in the heart of Marrakech. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the common areas were lovely and relaxing. A special thanks to Yousef, who was always incredibly kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. Thank you again Yousef, was a pleasure! We highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Marrakech!

"Super fijn, rustig verblijf gehad in Riad Papillon!"

Hartelijk ontvangst van Yousef, direct enkele tips ontvangen met muntthee. Het ontbijt en verdere verzorging was ook erg uitgebreid en goed!

De eerste keer was het even zoeken waar de riad lag, maar daarna wisten we onze weg goed te vinden!

Acolhimento excepcional e super acolhedor. Ótima localização. Viagem de mãe e filha. Deslocamo-nos sempre a pé dentro de Marrakech. O pequeno almoço sempre fabuloso. Os funcionarios Ali e Youssef super simpáticos e muito prestáveis. A Riad é linda... voltava já hoje Gratidão 🤍

"Accueil sympathique, bien placé et fonctionnel"

Riad bien placé, au calme total tout en étant proche du centre de la médina et des taxis (Dar el Bacha). Personnel gentil et très accommodant, thé à la menthe offert à l'arrivée et accès donné à la chambre malgré l'heure d'arrivée anticipée. Petit déjeuner très riche et varié.

Lits individuels un peu petits. TV non fonctionnelle à notre arrivée (décodeur wi-fi manquant), activée à notre demande. Salle de bain très insuffisamment éclairée et au confort basique. Manque d'aération de la chambre une fois les fenêtres intérieures fermées pour la nuit
