Spacious modern apartment with most of the needed amenities, very close to the riad square mall

noise/sound isolation was not good, and the apartments are not well maintained, multiple broken stuff are left broken and not fixed. Bathroom pressure is weak & water heater runs out quick

Excellent accommodations, very clean & well appointed apartment. Modern furnishings & very comfortable beds.

Newer area of construction, so not a lot of opportunity to catch a taxi
