The location and the size of the room.

We requested a crib and it was not provided, baby had to sleep in the sofa, therefore a quilt was requested and they only provided and mattress cover.

-The parking was really convenient. -Staff were very friendly and accommodating. -View from the room was nice -Lift straight to the car park made luggage easy -Very clean rooms

- The room looked very different to the one chosen on Booking.com - A light in the bedroom kept flickering all through the night - The curtains in the bedroom are thin and don't block any light, making it harder to sleep
