I want to start by saying that I genuinely appreciated the warm welcome, the location of the property, and the overall atmosphere. My first night was truly pleasant, and I had a very positive initial impression.

I initially had a great impression — the location, the reception, and the overall vibe on the first night were excellent. Unfortunately, that changed completely on the second night. There were insects falling from the ceiling onto the bed. I contacted reception at 12:19 AM, but they said the hotel was full and no other rooms were available. The issue was finally addressed around 3:00 AM, and I was moved to a staff/service room. I received a one-night refund. The next day, my request for a car to transfer to another villa was delayed. Although there’s a restaurant onsite, I had to travel 20 minutes to the other villa. They later offered me a free night as compensation, but I declined due to a scheduled trip to Rabat. The villa they provided for five people was just one open space. We asked for one extra hour to shower after a horseback riding activity, but the request was denied, even though our time was already wasted going back and forth between locations. Lastly, I received a WhatsApp message saying I was blacklisted. Honestly, that’s fine — I wouldn’t stay here again anyway. The service was disappointing and unprofessional, especially after such a good start.

Beautiful location - remote and amazing surroundings. Restaurant amazing and breakfast in the village also excellent!

We stayed in December and it was a bit cold in the room. We stayed in the village houses.
