J’ai aimé qu’il soit en retrait de la place jemma El fnah a 15/20 mn à pied , dans une ruelle typique, agréable. Le personnel très sympathique, surtout HASSAN le réceptionniste vraiment très sympathique, très serviable et d’une grande gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner etait sympa mais pas assez diversifiée chaque matin c’était la même chose, et les chambres un petit coup de fraîcheur serait pas mal, pas assez de rangement et y’a aucune fenêtres dans les chambres. Le rooftop est super sympa. Par contre après 10h du matin i n’y a plus personne en cuisine . Heureusement que HASSAN était là si on avait besoin d’eau, d’un thé . Vraiment super .. un Riad très sympa au vue du prix. J’y retournerai

Alors il y a beaucoup de touriste anglais très bruyant, ma chambre était à côté du salon petit déjeuner des 8h ils nous réveillaient à parler très fort , malgré les recommandations du réceptionniste. Le moins la salle de bain la douche italienne quand on se lave y’en a de partout, la cuvette était cassée , et le manque de rangement.

The rooms were nice and comfortable for the price. The staff member who helped me was friendly and really tried to rectify the issues I had while there. The wi-fi worked well.

It said online that payment could be made by credit card, but when I arrived they said "their credit card machine was broken." I'd like to believe them that this was a one-time, unforeseen development, but this is a classic scam that hotels engage in when they want to be paid in cash. I had been communicating with the property about things like check-in time and they were prompt with their responses, but when I messaged to confirm that they accepted credit card, they stopped responding to messages. That means they knew it was broken and didn't want me to cancel my reservation before arriving. In addition, the doors to the rooms didn't lock because apparently the doors had swelled due to temperature and humidity. We tried both available rooms and neither door was capable of locking. The staff member tried to assuage my fears saying the riad was locked from the outside and that he would be at the desk to make sure my room was secure, but needless to say this didn't make me feel at ease. I wound up walking around town carrying my passport, camera, laptop, and all other valuables on my back because I couldn't trust them to be locked in my room. When I returned the staff member had wound up fixing my door by sanding it down so it closed and locked (which was nice of him) but things like that should be sorted before letting the room. Finally, this was the loudest location I stayed in Marrakech. Though it is on a small alley, people were ripping up and down the alley on motorbikes all night. It kept waking me up. And breakfast was served less than 2 meters from the wooden window to my room, so good luck sleeping past breakfast.

Il Riad é bellissimo camere pulitissime e personale eccezionale

Bardzo dobrze położony Riad. Moja rada jak zaprowadzi Was GPS to po komunikacie jesteś na miejscu dobrze się rozglądaj bo nie ma reklam itp. Nad drzwiami jest tabliczka Dar Riad Joama. Okolica na pierwszym rzut wygląda jak slumsy, ale jest bezpiecznie i taki jest klimat mediny. Pokoje mają wszystko co potrzeba, wygodne łóżko, łazienka, klimatyzacja codziennie sprzątane. Śniadania na słodko bardzo smaczne. Przemiła obsługa zwłaszcza Hassan. Wszędzie blisko i spokojnie można chodzić sobie na nogach. Polecam.

Pokoje nie są dość dobrze wyciszone i jak będzie ,,głośna ekipa,, to wszystko będzie słychać. Obsługa jednak dba o spokój gości i jak było za głośno np. przy śniadaniu zwracali uwagę że jeszcze inni goście śpią. Co bardzo mi się podobało.

Riad un pò datato, ma nel complesso si può fare visto il prezzo. Hassan ragazzo bravissimo e gentilissimo, sempre disponibile.Posizione ottima per muoversi in tutta la città, quartiere vero marocchino ma noi mai avuto problemi anzi tutti sempre gentili.
