"Wonderful riad experience"

We enjoyed our stay at the Palais Tara. Our junior suite was large and the bed was very comfy. The public areas are beautiful and the roof top terrace is a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning. The riad arranged a guided tour for us on our first morning. Our guide was excellent. We learnt so much about the history and culture of Marrakech, and the tour helped us to orientate ourselves so that we had no problems finding our way around and back to the riad. All the staff were friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had a good holiday. The only disappointment was that I had emailed ahead to inform of my husband’s special birthday and request a cake, but somehow this got missed and nothing was provided. However, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

"Absolutely top hotel & staff"

A great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. A beautiful building, excellent & comfortable rooms, great food and spa treatments, however the thing that topped all of that was the amazing service. I had let them know that we were celebrating my wife's 50th and there was a lovely cake waiting for us upon arrival. By the end of just a few nights, the staff felt more like friends than staff and really couldn't do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. There are many hotels around the world that could learn a thing or two from this team around what truly exceptional customer service looks like. Well done to you all and we hope to see you again.

"A beautiful hotel with a rooftop paradise"

This is a beautiful hotel with a great location (we figured out how to find it again by foot nearly at the end of our stay, which I think is how it goes in the maze of Marrakech!). Although this entire boutique hotel is lovely, it's the rooftop space that really epitomizes relaxation and being immersed in the Medina. I would recommend a stay here without hesitation.

"Exceptional"

A complete hidden gem. All the staff were amazing and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They gave us lots of helpful advice for surviving Marrakesh. There was always someone in reception. The breakfast was amazing and different everyday, although we only found out you could order eggs on the last morning. The roof top pool and terrace was lovely and quiet. Perfect for cooling off after exploring the city.
