Riad Dar Bayane

Moustapha fue super atento con nosotros y nuestras necesidades. Hasta guardó nuestras maletas una noche mientras ibamos al desierto, aun cuando no ibamos a quedarnos nuevamente en el hotel. El desayuno variado y sustancioso!

Jamal (spelling, please forgive) was an amazing host. He made sure to walk us to and from each taxi ride. There was one night we were out late and instead of resting, he surprisingly came to met and intervened at the perfect moment in the medina! Mahabbah, Jamal. ✨ Breakfast… oh my gosh. Everyone knows a Moroccan breakfast is delectable — this did NOT skip a beat. Not one. So delicious — the assortment, the tea, juice, even lemon mint water (filtered)!

Great location for the main square Jemaa el-Fnaa, Bahia Palace & all the souks which are only a few minutes walk away. Delicious breakfasts which they varied each day & friendly staff.

This Riad was fairly small & not as attractive or luxurious as the other one we'd stayed at so we initially felt a little disappointed to have moved! But it is in a brilliantly central location & our room/bed was actually way more comfortable with very good air con than the previous Riad so it's all different pros & cons at the end of the day. Beware though very steep steps to get up to higher floors plus you have to go up a spiral staircase to the terrace for breakfast so anyone with mobility issues may struggle.
