Riad Azawan

Magnifique riad, très propre et idéalement situé. L’accueil a été parfait du début à la fin. Le service de transfert aéroport proposé par l’établissement (en supplément) est très pratique et fiable, chauffeur ponctuel et agréable. Un grand merci à Ayoub pour sa gentillesse, son attention et sa bienveillance tout au long de notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et copieux. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation ! Si nous revenons sur Marrakech, nous choisirons à nouveau ce Riad. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Riad Azawan is a beautiful riad located in a very quiet courtyard. Ayoub, our host, greeted us near the gate and made our stay exceptional. We stayed in the Double w/ balcony - the room is large enough that there is space for 2 suitcases to be open on the floor comfortably. The bed was really comfortable and the shower had a great hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was generous, with eggs, Msemmen bread, fresh juice and coffee (a typical Moroccan breakfast in Riads). The owners have a done a lovely job restoring the Riad and making it comfortable. The birdsong throughout the Riad was spectacular - originally thought it was audio before we realized it was actually real birds singing! The views from the roof were lovely and a great spot to sit and enjoy with a tea.

We stayed in Azawan guesthouse 3 times over 2 weeks, renting all 4 rooms one night, and a single room the other times. This is a very well operated and maintained guesthouse, the best one we have used in this part of Marrakesh. The friendly host and the rustic but modern design made our visits pleasant.

The Wifi could be better. There is also some way to the nearest parking area.
