Good location in the centre in walking distance to main attractions but still it was quiet. Underground parking. Very nice and modern building and the room's interior. Nice and helpful staff.

Sofa bed bit hard but ok for a short stay

The location of the hotel was very good. It's well situated and only a few meters away from Maarif, stores, and nice restaurants and cafes. I had stayed at the hotel before and it was well-managed at the time so I had came back excited, unfortunately that hasn't amounted to anything.

The room was not clean upon arrival, and it appeared that it hadn’t been properly serviced for some time. There were small insects on the bed sheets and ants in the kitchen area, which was particularly concerning. Additionally, the room was not stocked with basic amenities such as water, tea, or coffee upon check-in. During my 3 day stay, there was no housekeeping service, no cleaning, nor were the towels replaced. To make matters worse, each morning I was repeatedly woken up by loud noise in the corridor, caused by a door being opened and slammed frequently. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic service significantly affected my experience.

Établissement très bien situé et avec une super équipe très commerçante ! Notre ballon d’eau chaude a fuit mais l’équipe a tout de suite géré le problème et nous a proposé une solution très vite

Malheureusement les clients ne sont pas soigneux et les finitions ne sont pas top ; porte serviette à moitié devise, mur repeint à moitié… mais l’appartement reste propre

Lit très grand et confortable, bien isolé des bruits de la rue. Très bon petit déjeuner servi en chambre à un prix très raisonnable. Surclassement gratuit et volonté d’aider du personnel.

Det lå svært sentralt. Det var et moderne bygg med alle fasiliteter. Veldig rent. Det er et leilighetshotell, så ingen måltider blir servert. Det er en kjøkkenkrok hvor man enkelt kan lage mat selv.
