The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything about the stay was great. Aya, who checked me in, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me with things she did not have to do, which I really appreciated. Youssef was also very professional and friendly. The overall service was excellent.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was excellent and I had a very pleasant stay.
