We loved our stay here. Really nice staff, great breakfast served on the roof-top, lovely pool and sun beds, impeccable rooms, hammam and massage in-house, very secure environment, local hospital and pharmacy next door, walking distance to the souks. Just the real Marrakech experience at a very reasonable price. I can only highly recommend this wonderful secret garden. 🌸🐪🌴🫶

The staff was really amazing, the pool area was perfect after a busy day in the Medina and the breakfast was consistently delicious!

The windows were not super strong so we could hear a lot of noise during the night.

Location: it’s indeed close to many sights but it’s located not in the nicest and picturesque part of medina (that would be north or northwest from the square), you have to walk 10 min to the closest cafe (and it’s overpriced anyway). It’s quiet in the riad though. Some rooms do not have a window to the outside, which makes room dark, not cosy. Breakfast on the terrace was good and staff was super friendly and helpful. Hammam and massage delivered by Fatima was also excellent, the best I had in Morocco

Location is not ideal (but that’s not a big issue), small dark rooms on the ground floor, shower not ideal (have to fiddle a lot to get hot water and the pressure is not optimal)

Great breakfast, clean rooms, was worried about noise as rooms face a courtyard, but all guests were respectful and no issues with noise. Hammam and massage room is conveniently located downstairs, Zouhair is always there to help us arrange it, as well as other excursions if needed.

Maybe the location is not so central, so it needs about 10 mins walk to the Medina but it wasn’t so bad, and the amenities could include toothpaste and shampoo.

Nice breakfast, despite the eggs are being served on top of paper on a trey instead of a plate. Good quality bed. Simpathy of Mohammed.

Location, dimension of room, bath cabin without door, wich means water everywhere, tiny bathroom. Very noisy room. From our room (4), you can listen the suitcases outside, the ring of the bell, and 5 times a day, you have to listen on a speaker, the prey of the muslims, one of them at 5:30 in the morning.

My second time here and the only place I would stay in Marrakech! Everything is wonderful from the staff on arrival, the location and proximity to the medina yet quiet and peaceful. The rooms are gorgeous and the interior decor is unique. We loved the roof top breakfast included! Special thanks to Zouhair for being so accommodating and helpful during our stay. We will be back!

We loved everything about this riad. Our room was lovely and I loved having the bath too. The towels were changed daily and our room was so clean and tidy each day. The location was amazing and we managed to do everything by walking. The breakfast was superb and so lovely having the rooftop to relax in the sun and eat our meals. The hammam and massage was the very best!! Mohammad and Zouhair are both the best staff we could have wished for. So helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this riad to you all. Thankyou for such a memorable stay in Marrakesh ♥️

I’ve given Road Cologne 5/5 simply because all of the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Special mentions go to Muhammad and Zuhair. M’s “orientation” at the start of our stay was invaluable. Location and Riad were perfect for us … and the breakfasts were a welcome added bonus!
