The area was good, near the supermarket, shops and restaurants; easy access to taxies.

The host was not helpful. The breakfast was self-service, which was not mentioned in the advert. There was no cleaning service in the apartment, and the whole place smelled of sewage. there was no air-conditioning in the master bedroom ground floor. When I asked the host for clean drinking water for coffee, he told me to use the half-empty bottle left by the previous tenant, which was disgusting. Throughout the booking, the breakfast provided was not enough for all of us, and when I requested more, the host was very rude and refused. He also didn't want to provide us with drinking water. He gave me a warning to leave his apartment. This behavior was unacceptable during the holiday. I will not book with this host anymore.

We booked the place without hassle. The host and caretaker are nice. The location is within the city center.

Drainage smell but that’s nothing much and a common thing in Marrakesh

The accommodation was in a good and easily accessible location. Entry to the accommodation was easy. The fridge was stocked with local food. Communication with the owner was good.

We booked accommodation for eight people, but it wasn't prepared for eight people. The original information mentioned a room for three people, but there were only two beds in it, so two of us had to sleep in the living room on the sofas. That wouldn't have been a problem if sheets, pillows, and blankets had been provided.

Spacious, smart TV (youtube + netflix), very well-stocked fridge for breakfast (enough for), bit cold in the winter evenings but enough electric heaters available. Excellent location close to Gueliz within 20 minute bus / taxi journey to Djemaa el fenaa 3 bathrooms Very responsive and helpful Hakim - allowed us to drop bags off earlier and topped up gas cylinder within 15 minutes of me messaging.

Downstairs "double" bed was actually 2 singles combined. Needs a long mirror for women to get ready. Needs more blankets and a choice of slighty softer / thinner pillows. One of the upstairs single beds has a broken leg Mattresses and pillows were a bit hard. Shower drainage is poor (although I suspect this is a general issue in the city)

The lack of cleaning and kick of food service. Heaters were not working making us feel cold..
