Marrakech art

This large, spacious, carefully decorated residence was away from the centre of Marrakech in a peaceful new development. The area is very safe and we had free street parking. Osama was a very receptive, responsive and considerate host. There was a pantry full of food items you could buy if you like. The bathrooms were acceptable. The bedrooms were spacious.

We mentioned a few minor suggestions for improvement to Osama. He was happy to hear our ideas.

A very peaceful and quiet place to stay during your visit to Marrakech in a calm and secure residential area. Decorated in Moroccan style, with a beautiful front entrance area. Huge apartment with everything you need. The reasonably priced mini-market in the kitchen with pay per use items is a great idea and helped us when we had the munchies! Our host is a super nice guy with great positive energy and at your service attitude! Big bedrooms, washing machine, washing powder, complimentary cold drinks in the fridge, and easy parking out front. The AC is great and the living room is enormous with a big tv screen and plenty of lounging space. Oh yeah, and some pretty cute cats that "guard" the front gate, and know not to enter the house.

The place is quite far from the main tourist area of Marrakech, and you would need a vehicle to get around. If guests are staying in the adjacent basement unit, you can hear them coming and going. Also, when guests are in the basement unit's terrace you can also hear them, and when they are smoking, the smoke travels up to the apartment. However, don't let any of this deter you, these are minor issues, the host, conveniences, and the living space makes up for the above.

Our stay at the apartment hosted by Usama was exceptional from start to finish. Usama was incredibly welcoming, always cheerful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Despite our late arrival, he stayed up past 1 AM to welcome us personally and hand over the keys, which was a testament to his dedication and hospitality. Upon our arrival, Usama gave us a detailed tour of the apartment, showing us everything we needed to know. His thoroughness made us feel immediately at home and confident about our stay. Throughout our visit, Usama was always just a WhatsApp message away, responding promptly to any questions or requests we had. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with air conditioning, which was a relief during the warmer days. The cleanliness and attention to detail were evident in every room. Additionally, the apartment featured a convenient cupboard stocked with various items available for purchase, ensuring we had everything we needed without having to leave the house. One of the highlights of our stay was the ease of ordering food through the Glovo app. Our meals were delivered within 30 minutes, which was incredibly convenient and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. Usama’s friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. My family and I were extremely pleased with every aspect of our stay, from the warm welcome to the seamless communication and the comfortable living environment. We felt well taken care of and appreciated Usama's efforts to make our stay memorable. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful apartment in the future, God willing. Usama has set a high standard for hospitality, and we highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Honestly, I couldn't find a fault. We had everything, it was comfortable and amazing.

Everything. We have stayed multiple times and always have a wonderful experience. The host is so easy to work with and they perfected the process.

The apartment was beautiful, had amazing facilities and was spotless, felt like a real Moroccan home. The owners were available at any moment to help us with anything, they were so lovely and accommodating and even baked us some sweets for Eid. Cannot recommend this place enough

The apartment is enormous and we loved the authentic decor. The host is very nice, available and thought of everything. Parking was easy at the front door and the area is convenient if you're self-driving to/from Marrakech. Quiet, nice neighborhood with local dining options nearby.
