ZARI BOUTIQUE Aparthotel

The location of the hotel was excellent and brilliant value for money. At night the area is quiet but the hotel was still Close enough to all the major shops and food places In Gueliz. The Apartment was spotless and came with excellent TV service for all international channels and the AC was brilliant. The cleanliness was to be admired and service was brilliant.

The only draw back to the place was the cramped parking garage but it still fit our SUV

Quiet residential neighbourhood, spacious living room. The things that were missing in the apt, according to the description on the website, were added immediately the next day . The receptionist Khawla was very helpfull and super nice. Once we knew our way around, most things were walking distance. The Majorelle gardens and YSL museum was 20 min walk. Food was awesome and very reasonable priced, people very friendly. The tour to the atlas mountains,4 Valleys and waterfall, including a dromedare ride, definitely recommendable to do !

The €100 deposit was paid in advance together with the reservation. After checking out Booking.com refused to refund the deposit. First Booking told us the property has to refund the deposit, which was not paid to the property. The reception stated they never ask the guest for the deposit. In case there 's damage to the room, they settle that directly with the guest

Prima voor doorreis. Netjes en schoon. De staat van de appartementen is wat minder op sommige punten( stopcontacten eruit, kapptte vloer) maar personeel is vriendelijk en alles is schoon. Dicht in de buurt bij gueliz plaza.

Manque de vaisselle Pas de casserole pas de théière Pas assez de verres... Pas de machine à café pas de micro ondes Mentionne un parking privé mais on m'a invité à me garer dans la rue Petit hic quand même lors de l'arrivée le concierge était au téléphone avec certainement une amie en haut parleur et il n'était pas très concentré sur l'enregistrement au point ou il a oublié de me rendre mon passeport qui est resté dans l'imprimante je m'en suis rendue compte plus tard dans la soirée .... ce n'est pas très agréable de faire une conversation comme ça parce qu'on donne nos infos personnelles alors que quelqu'un au téléphone nous écoute ... Travaux en face de l'immeuble marteaux piqueurs...
