Hotel molt nou, amb pàrking i bones instalacions

Neues, sehr großräumiges Hotel😊. Ein Hotel, bei dem innerhalb und außerhalb des Zimmers alles auch wirklich funktioniert. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen bei einem sehr guten Preisleistungsverhältnis. Das Personal (Anouar) ist extrem aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Unmittelbar neben dem Hotel gibt es einen 24h Wachservicve am hoteleigenen Parkplatz, der gratis zur Verfügung steht. Die Nähe zum Strand und Flughafen sind einfach genial.

Das Personal an der Rezeption tut sich in Sachen Freundlichkeit noch etwas schwer, ist dennoch sehr bemüht um die Gäste.

Hôtel moderne qui donne toute satisfaction et personnel agréable.

Il n'est pas situé à 600m de l'aéroport comme Booking l'indique mais à plus de 3km à pied. La navette n'est pas à la demande. Elle part à des heures déterminées, ce qui ne permet pas forcément de la prendre.

The hotel is very close to the airport which was perfect for us to catch the flight later. They have a free shuttle to take you there at scheduled times. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

We were waiting for the 19h00 shuttle at the reception and we had to ask the receptionist several times for it and it only took us at around 19h20. (even though we were there waiting on time) This was fine for us as we were not in a hurry, but can be a bit bad if people are in a rush to go to the airport.

Nice breakfast options.

Most concerning was that we got given a completely different room, super dirty. It was my birthday, my partner is English and they could hardly understand him, he wanted to surprise me they didn’t help him ruined my birthday. On our departure day we arrived late to the airport because the driver the hotel booked came 40 min late, ( the hotel has a time table for the shuttle) I have disabilities this has affected the whole trip back home.lucky the airport was 4 min drive but we had to rush I couldn’t even go to special assistance No enough time for it. We got an upgrade lol: lights not working AC not working (reported to the female in reception) she told us she will send someone to fix it. They never did. The pool was not on. This was not shown on booking.com the time of the booking. They won’t let you take a glass of juice to the room with you after breakfast is so embarrassing. The terrace after upgrade: still super dirty, no chairs or table like the pictures. Absolute mess that hotel is. Also they tried scam my husband with a coffe fee, the day before we paid 70 dh for two coffees and the next day we was told 90dh lol The man on the phone didn’t know that I was Moroccan so I’ve told him what 20dh increase fee within two days joker The director of this hotel needs to hire better staff, the current staff will ruin the reputation of this hotel. It is a nice hotel and good distance of driving.
