- Der beworbene Flughafen Shuttle ist leider nur zu bestimmten Zeiten verfügbar. Da unser Flug sehr früh ging, war dieser für uns nicht nutzbar. Wir haben uns alternativ ein InDrive (sozusagen das "Uber" in Marokko) gerufen - das klappte problemlos.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Some of the staff's behavior was unexpected, unprofessional, and far below the standard I would expect from a hospitality service. Before my arrival, I requested an early check-in through Booking.com. I received confirmation from Booking.com stating that the hotel would accommodate my early check-in request. However, when I arrived at the hotel at around 2:00 AM, the staff refused to let me check in and told me to wait until the next day. I showed them the message confirming the early check-in, but they dismissed it, saying that the information had not come from the hotel and that it was Booking.com's mistake for providing incorrect information. At that point, I was exhausted from traveling, hungry, thirsty, and alone in a foreign country. Being denied check-in under those circumstances was extremely stressful. I asked the staff to contact the manager, but they informed me that the manager was unavailable and would only arrive the following morning. I suggested that they allow me to check in so that the issue could be discussed with the manager the next day, but they refused. Instead, they insisted that I pay for an additional full day if I wanted immediate access to my room. After a lengthy discussion and having no practical alternative, I was forced to pay for an extra day. Unfortunately, the poor service did not end there. After finally checking into my room, I called the reception and requested drinking water. The room contained only a very small bottle of water (approximately 200 ml), which was clearly insufficient. The staff immediately refused my request, claiming that the kitchen was closed. I explained that I was asking for water, not food, and that drinking water is a basic necessity. Despite this, they still refused to provide any additional water.

A deux minutes en voiture de l'aéroport idéal pour un vol très tôt le matin. Chambre de luxe pour une nuit très bon rapport qualité-prix. Hôtel très propre.
