Ottima posizione e bella struttura. staff gentile e colazione ottima, peccato per il resto...

abbiamo prenotato il transfer ma si sono dimenticati di venirci a prendere in aeroporto. indicazioni per arrivare discordanti dall'indirizzo su booking (che era giusto), ci hanno mandato una posizione su whatsapp che era solo un punto di ritrovo ma poi abbiamo dovuto aspettare un ragazzo che ci accompagnasse alla struttura che era invece facilmente raggiungibile seguendo l'indirizzo indicato su booking. Il transfer di ritorno invece ce lo hanno fatto pagare due volte perchè abbiamo chiesto di posticiparlo. Anche qui poca chiarezza

The attention from the staff was very good.

They were doing some renovations, so at times that wasnt ideal for the stay. Also is not really easy to get there the first time.

Merci encore à Redouane et Karim pour leur accueil, et leurs conseils.Tout le monde a été au petit soin Riad très bien situé, et très calme. Chambre très confortable, et tres propre, ménage fait tous les jours, avec changement de serviette. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Como en casa y más. Todo con mucho gusto y lujo de detalles. Desayuno y limpieza de 10. Los chicos de recepción súper amables y atentos.

Friendly staff, beautiful facilities and really well decorated with lots of great details and artwork. Very child friendly (we had a 1 year old) and all the staff really went above and beyond to help us make sure the baby was comfortable (heating up milk, storing food, etc). Steps from the bustle of the Medina but quiet at all times in the Riad as it was down a side street.

Slightly challenging to find as the location is not marked perfectly on google maps. Just keep going till you reach the end of the alley :)

We had our best stay with our 9 month old baby at Riad Jalina . The staff were extremely warm and welcoming and helped us with everything that we needed . They made sure that our stay was comfortable and we had everything that we needed even before we arrived at the accommodation. Special thanks to Raduone and Kareem for being such lovely hosts . They were very kind to us .

There is nothing to not like about . It is perfect in every way.

Riad w znakomitej lokalizacji. Niesamowicie gościnny, pomocny i zaangażowany personel i menadżer. Świetny kontakt z nim od razu od chwili rezerwacji. Od momentu odebrania nas z ulicy z taksówki i przeprowadzenia nas do hotelu po wszystkie wskazówki i pomoc w rezerwacji atrakcji- czuliśmy się w pełni zaopiekowani i bezpiecznie. Byliśmy z dziećmi, więc miało to dla nas ogromne znaczenie. Riad bardzo ładny, kameralny, cichy, urozmaicone śniadanie. B. Polecamy!

Jedyny minus to mieliśmy dość niskie ciśnienie wody (+ woda nie zawsze była ciepła, czasami letnia) co w zimie było kłopotliwe nieco. Ale to szczegół.
