Although the house needs a little more TLC, it’s like the photos. The terrace/garden area is very pretty. The swimming pool is very spacious and Hakim was absolutely excellent. I asked for more breakfast items and the very next day, they were there! The beds are very comfortable. The supermarket is a short walk away (in a very safe area). Hakim also set up a taxi pick up for us from the airport, which relieved a lot of stress!

There is a problem with cockroaches. It’s clear that some sort of treatment is being done as the very big ones appear dead or dying but we had to invest in more bug spray as there wasn’t a day that there weren’t smaller ones in the kitchen or the bathroom. This was put a downer on the holiday.

Location was excellent. Not too close to the centre, and close enough to get a quick taxi into the medina. The actual complex was great, very quiet and the pool was very big. Breakfast was fine, the fridge was stocked with eggs, oranges, etc. The freezer had bread. You had to make your own breakfast, and as the holiday went on we ran out of breakfast food and had to buy our own. Apartment was fairly clean and we had plenty of towels, including towels for the pool. The cleaner never visited the flat for the entire 9 days we stayed.

Reception at the complex was a bit misleading, it was basically just a security gate. Fresh breakfast food should have been more frequent and the apartment could have been cleaned at least once, with fresh bed sheets.

Great place to relax after spending the day in the bush streets of Marrakech . Beautifully furnished . Great terraces . In a gorgeous gated community with tons of trees and birds. Highly recommend

Wonderful location, comfortable and convenient layout.

Could do with a decent non-stick frying pan and some wine glasses. Some more hanging space in wardrobes would be good.

The hotel was beautiful and lovingly furnished, there was a beautiful pool located inbetween palms and all the people who worked there were super nice and helpful! We would love to come back!
