Soggiornare al Riad Fes Ziyat è stata un'esperienza assolutamente fantastica. La struttura è un perfetto connubio tra fascino antico e modernità: un Riad storico completamente rinnovato, curato nei minimi dettagli e dall'atmosfera incredibilmente accogliente.Il vero punto di forza, però è lo staff. Siamo stati letteralmente coccolati dall'inizio alla fine! Un ringraziamento speciale va a Mohamed, che ci ha allietati ogni giorno con la sua straordinaria simpatia e disponibilità, e al Sig. Abdelaziz, che con la sua ospitalità ci ha fatti sentire proprio come a casa. Si è anche occupato di organizzarci un ottimo tour a Chefchaouen, la splendida città azzurra, curando tutto alla perfezione. Nota di merito anche per la cucina: abbiamo mangiato benissimo, con piatti tradizionali ricchi di sapore, e abbiamo riposato magnificamente grazie alla tranquillità e al comfort delle camere. Un ottimo soggiorno che consigliamo a chiunque visiti Fes. Ci torneremmo sicuramente! Shoucran.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile: una vera gemma a Fes!

"Good location and friendly staff, but the shower was broken, the TV didn’t work,"

The hotel is well located, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The ambience is also pleasant.

Our shower was broken, so it wasn’t possible to take a proper shower without having to hold the shower head the whole time. For a hotel at this price point, this is not really acceptable. There is no parking available, so you have to pay for a nearby recommended parking lot. The owner of the parking lot was not very friendly.

"Welcoming, helpful and beautiful."

Simo and the staff (particularly Mohammed) were so very welcoming, helpful and happy! The Riad is incredibly beautiful and ornate throughout, and the pool, relaxing and calm, overseen by their resident tortoise.

Only small things were a wobbly toilet seat, a leaky shower and a bit of a smell from the drains in the entrance to the Riad, but none of these detracting in a significant way from what was a lovely place to spend a couple of days.
