Het was een hele mooie plek om te verblijven en ik zou zeker terug komen. Rustgevend in een drukke stad. Hamza was heel erg vriendelijk en het ontbijtje was ook heel fijn.

Sommige plekken in de riad waren toe aan renovatie, dat was niet storend. Los daarvan was er niks op aan te merken.

Wunderschönes Riad mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Gute und praktische Lage, wir haben uns auch nachts sehr sicher gefühlt. Hamza hat uns einen detaillierten Überblick über die Stadt mit seinen Erklärungen und Tipps geboten. Das Frühstück wurde auf dem Dach serviert und war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Die Zimmer sind eher klein, dafür um so schöner. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Top Betreuung und Organisation.

The generosity and care provided by the staff, particularly Hamza, was first class. As a solo female traveller I was careful about choosing where to stay for my first visit to Marrakech. Riad Botanica were so reassuring and responsive with everything, from their initial emails discussing my stay to the WhatsApp check ins they provided during my trip. They kindly organised my efficient and safe transport from the airport. They also even helped me organise emergency healthcare treatment. I felt so safe and supported. The riad itself is gorgeous and serene, just minutes away from the bustling Souks. I also dined at the riad for breakfast and one evening meal. The food was delicious and the staff so attentive. I would without hesitation book to stay here again if return to Marrakech.
