The Grand Riad and Spa

The Grand Riad is a beautiful, calm spot amidst the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Perfectly located for strolling deep into the alleyways of the Medina and Soul, as well as walking to the restaurants and Jardin Majorelle in Gueliz. Ghizlane and the team are absolutely wonderful and cannot do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible, as well as being superb concierges for organising taxis and tours. Having mint tea served to us on the sunny roof terrace after a day out was delightful! Food and wine were also excellent!

Being an absolute coffee addict, I'd have loved the opportunity to make a coffee in the room before breakfast but there was plenty on offer at breakfast!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. It is a beautiful riad, well located from the city centre. Safe neighborhood in between the locals. You're able to swim downstairs and sunbathe upstairs. Proper hygiene, the room and all the communal places were spotless. Not only the riad left a good impression but the staff made the stay much more amazing. We cannot thank the staff enough for all the tips and care! We recommend this riad. Shokran!

The staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough to help. Even brought us a packet of cards to play with one evening when we were having drinks on the roof terrace. The Riad was beautifully restored. So clean and tidy. Breakfast included fresh orange juice, tea or coffee, home cooked pancakes, homemade yogurt with fruit and a selection of preserves.

The bathroom was a little small compared to the size of the bedroom.

We had a wonderful time at this Riad and can’t recommend it enough! The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We were even surprised with a spontaneous room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was prepared with such care, and we enjoyed every bite. Another highlight was the hammam – so relaxing and exactly what we needed to unwind. We would return here without a second thought and highly recommend this Riad. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!! I can't say enough about this Riad. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing, but felt like family. They were attentive to our every need and nuance, and even went above and beyond that. The food was delectable. The facility was pristine. The location was great too because it was in the medina, so everything was accessible by walking. It was away from the busy parts of the medina, so it was very quiet. It was near the outer wall, so activities outside the medina, such as the Jardin Majorelle were easily walkable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
