RUАпартаменты хорошо оформлены, в них очень чисто. В пешей доступности мечеть Хасана II, некоторые достопримечательности, остановки автобусов, магазины маржан и карфур, рестораны, пекарни. Комфортные кровати, есть все средства для принятия душа.
Есть хорошая кухня, но нет для нее посуды кроме чайника, 2-х приборов, 2 тарелок, 2 чашек и 2 бокалов, нет даже ножа. При заселении полотенца, косметические средства, и приборы для обеда были только для 1 человека, хотя мы сразу бронировали на 2-х. Обращались не ресепшн 4 раза и только через 1 сутки нам все выдали, т.е. сутки 1 человек не мог принять душ и поесть. Хотелось бы чтобы сотрудники не ошибались, а если ошиблись, то оперативно исправляли свои ошибки.
JO⚠️ Worst Hotel Experience Ever ⚠️ This place is a complete scam. The owner is extremely rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. After paying the full amount- twice, we were treated with zero respect. They literally tried to kick us out, slammed the door in our faces, and one of them even tried to hit us with a laptop! If the security and police hadn’t intervened, the situation could have become even more dangerous. Because we asked him that the payment was done twice!!! On top of that, the room was tiny, uncomfortable, and dirty. The mattress was so hard it felt like sleeping on a rock. Nothing about this place feels like hospitality — it’s stressful, humiliating, and absolutely not worth your money.

They had only 1 towel but we asked for another one and they gave it to us. The WIFI it wasn’t good.

La cápsula de café estaban usadas, no se si se olvidaron reponerlas o alguien del personal toma café gratis. También tuve problemas para sacar el coche del parking porque a las 8:00 no había nadie y no respondieron al teléfono, cuando ya había acordado el día anterior que saldría a esa hora. También solamente pusieron toallas para una persona. Hay que mejorar estos detalles.
